Bloody Mary: How far is the myth true?

Whether you are an adult or still hitting the first years of being a teenager, you have probably stumbled upon the story of Bloody Mary at some point. Here we are going to see how the legend goes and if there's a true story behind it. The story of Bloody Mary is a frightening one to say the least, and what's worst is that there are many variations of it. The most popular one goes something like this. You go to the bathroom, turn off the lights but you have a lit candle with you and say Bloody Mary three times and a terrifying figure will appear. Now one of three things will happen, either you will bleed your eyes out, she will rip your head off or scratch your face, or she will take you inside the mirror with her. El Dorado "City of Gold"

There are many legends about lost cities in the world, each with its own unique feature. This one really speaks out, I mean how many cities are  there in the world that are made of gold?!😮😖 You may have heard about El Dorado, the city that is made of gold. So let's delve into this a bit more. The legend goes that some hundreds of years ago, specifically the 16 th Century in South America, Colombia. There was this man named El Dorado-the king of the Musica tribe. The story goes that this man was so wealthy he started covering himself in gold dust, jump into Lake Guatavita, then surface clean. A bunch of jewelry would be thrown with him in the lake as well, as an offering to the gods according to them. Somehow the word got to the Spanish people, and so the myth was born.
