City of the Caesers

The hunt for mythical cities has been going on for ages, especially with the amount of mythical cities
that have come and gone without any hint of their existence but the stories told about them. The City of Caesers, also named "La Ciudad de los Cesares", is another one on the list of mythical cities.

According to the legend, this city is located somewhere between what is now Chile and Argentina, specifically Patagonia. It also hits the list of "cities of gold"😉 as it was known to be rich in gold and diamonds. Furthermore, its inhabitants are controversial in description, the range varies from European-features to giants. This city was very much believed to be true in the 16th Century, but not today.

The first reference to the city goes back to 1528, from the Spanish man named Francisco Ceasar who went on an expedition in Argentina and stumbled upon the city there.  However, there are many variations of the story and it is hard to point out which one is true. Nevertheless, this famous mythical city is said to have been a ghost city that appears at certain moments then disappears again. Only those who manage to stumble upon it, witness the great fortune that it holds.

Nonetheless, further search in this century has been conducted and no result of such city has ever been found. However, it is important to highlight that this enchanting city is also referred to as "the Wandering city", therefore it may have a tendency to disappear, if you believe in such thing of course.
